Our potted plant shipping season runs from late February through the end of November. We take a break in the heat of Summer and dormancy of Winter, but gladly accept backorders and are happy to ship off-season if you contact us to make arrangements. Annual potted plants are only available in Spring through the end of June.

Black broom corn is easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun. These plants are characterized by their long, multiple branches and small, black, bulb-like seeds. The seeds are edible and can be used as a grain, and their sturdy branches are often used for brooms, wreaths, and other floral decorations.
