Our potted plant shipping season runs from late February through the end of November. We take a break in the heat of Summer and dormancy of Winter, but gladly accept backorders and are happy to ship off-season if you contact us to make arrangements. Annual potted plants are only available in Spring through the end of June.

Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng,  is easily grown in sandy, well-draining soils in full sun. This plant can grow up to 4 ft or more in optimum conditions. It is characterized by its long, yellow-green leaves, bell-shaped flowers, and small orange-red berries. Used in Ayurvedic medicine, its roots are said to promote vigor and immune power with regular use.
