Anise Hyssop is easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Best in full sun. Plants tolerate dry soils once established. Cut flowers to promote additional bloom. Anise hyssop is good for fresh flower bouquets, dried flower arrangements, in potpourri, and as a flavoring in teas. Plants will easily self seed in optimum growing conditions.
