Lovelight Herb Farm is located in the beautiful Willamette Valley of Oregon. Taking advantage of healthy, fertile soil and Nicki Nielson’s tender care of the land, Lovelight Herb Farm has blossomed since its founding in 2013.
Now, 8 years later, Lovelight Herb Farm is continuing its community outreach mindset. Whether it’s mentoring new gardeners or herbalists, opening up her farm for a guided plant walk, or sharing her wealth of knowledge after growing for more than 30 years, Lovelight Herb Farm is consistently reaching out to the community. Nicki’s passion and love of growing coupled with her community spirit make her an easy ally in the battle to educate and inspire those who are new and old gardeners alike.
The Northwest Herbal Fair of 2022 will be one of the only regional herbal fairs that will be offered this year. The Northwest Herbal Fair (NWHF) has been going strong for more than 25 years! It couples experienced, tenured herbalists with up and coming passion-filled herbalists for a good combination of new and old techniques.
The NWHF will be held August 20-22nd, 2022. It will be held at the Lake Leland Amphitheater in Quilcene, WA. There will be more than 60 workshops being taught by more than 40 teachers! This exhaustive list includes local and regional herbalists with hundreds of years experience between them!
The NWHF will be a family friendly gathering centered around plants and music! The stage is commonly filled with local and regional musical talent and is a great addition to the workshops and training available. The mix of plants and music give people young and old a great weekend full of entertainment!
